That's not what this is.

This is a room full of women who understand the 11pm editing sessions. Who know what it's like to price a session and immediately wonder if you asked for too much. Who have had the red-flag client, the one you saw coming and booked anyway. Who have sat down with a shoebox of receipts in April and felt genuinely afraid.

Being a mom and a photographer is a specific kind of tired, and it is a specific kind of lonely. Most of the people in your life understand one half of it. Almost nobody understands both.

These women understand both.

What actually happens

We laugh. We pray. Somebody usually cries - and nobody makes it weird.

And in between all of that, you learn. Real things, hands-on, from women who are actually doing this:

• Behind the camera. Shooting together in the light we all wish we had more of. Posing that works on real families with real toddlers. Getting it right in camera so your evenings come back to you.
• The money. Pricing that reflects what you're worth. Running your actual numbers. Saying your price out loud without flinching - and practicing it until you can.
• The business nobody teaches. Contracts. Red-flag clients and how to spot them before you book them. Taxes, write-offs, and what to stop being scared of.
• The editing. Faster workflows, culling without agonizing, and building a look that's consistently yours.
• The part that matters most. How to build this business around your family instead of underneath it. How to be a better photographer without becoming a worse mom.

The heart of it

I'm not interested in running a workshop that hands you a preset and sends you home.

I want you to leave knowing you're not doing this alone. That there's room for you at this table. That the woman sitting next to you isn't your competition - she's the one who'll text you back at 10pm when a client is being unreasonable and you need someone who gets it.

We'll open the Word together. We'll pray over each other's businesses and each other's kids. And if you're not sure where you stand on any of that, you are still completely welcome here - nobody gets cornered, and nobody gets left out.

You'll go home with new skills, a renewed heart, and the confidence to take the next step.

Two ways to join us

Not every mom can get on a plane. So there are two tracks - and they're built to work together.

Online workshops come first each round, and they're the easy yes: from your kitchen table, during nap time, no childcare to arrange, no travel. In-person workshops in Panama City Beach are the deep end - days together, cameras in hand, the room full of women.

Most people start online. A lot of them end up in Florida.

Online workshops

Live, from wherever you are. Recorded so you can rewatch. No travel, no childcare, no hotel. Come in your pajamas - genuinely, nobody will know.

You'll still get the real thing: live teaching, your actual questions answered out loud, and breakout time with other moms in the same season you're in.

Bring your kids. Seriously.

Here's what I got tired of: signing up for something, then spending the whole hour praying my kids stayed quiet - and half-listening because I was managing them instead of learning.

So we're doing it the other way around.

Your kids are welcome on camera. Nobody is getting muted for a toddler in the background. Nobody has to apologize for the baby on her hip or the four-year-old who needs a snack right now. If your kid wants to wave at everyone, let them wave.

Mine will be here too. That's not a concession, it's the whole point - you'll see exactly what it looks like when I'm doing this with my own kids in the room, because that's how I actually work.

We build in kid breaks. Real ones, at real intervals, so you can hand out lunch or settle somebody without missing the part you paid for.

And there's a piece just for them. A short stretch where the kids get their own thing - a simple photo challenge they can do with a phone or a hand-me-down camera, then show off to the group. Your kids get to be part of what mom does instead of the obstacle to it.

This is the only version of an online workshop I actually want to attend. So it's the one we're making.

Spring is coming and your inquiries are about to pick up. Systems, workflow, and getting your booking process ready so peak season doesn't run you over.

The fall and holiday stretch is roughly half of most photographers' annual revenue. We'll build your mini-session plan, your pricing, and your capacity - before the rush, not during it.

Intimate. Limited seats.

Our first, and deliberately tiny. This is the one where everybody gets real one-on-one time - with the camera in your hands and your actual business on the table. If you want the most personal version of this, come to January.

Larger.

Right before busy season starts. We'll get your pricing, your systems, and your calendar sorted while there's still time to use them - then get out and shoot in that spring light.
